How to use your CO-DRIVER on another phone

The CO-DRIVER NO2 is designed to be flexible and easy to use - yes, even across multiple phones! You can use your CO-DRIVER NO2 with a different phone or share the device with other members of your household.

If a person nearby has registered your CO-DRIVER in their own OOONO app, they may need to disable their Bluetooth connection until your phone has successfully paired with your device.

For the best experience, we recommend that each person using the app creates their own account. Don’t worry, it’s completely free! If you’re using the app on multiple devices, we suggest setting up a separate account for each phone.

Creating separate accounts for each user or phone ensures that:

  1. Your warning settings and preferences stay personalized

  2. There are no mix-ups or interruptions between devices

If you sign in with the same email address on a different phone, the previously logged-in device will automatically be signed out. To avoid this, we strongly suggest creating separate accounts for different users or phones.

Setup for new users

The first time you connect a CO-DRIVER NO2 to your smartphone, you need to download the OOONO app and follow the first-time setup procedure. For more information, have a look at First-time setup | CO-DRIVER NO2

How to connect another CO-DRIVER to your phone

Your phone can be connected to any number of CO-DRIVER (but only one at a time).

  1. Before adding a new CO-DRIVER, ensure your current device is not connected.
  2. Open the OOONO app, tap the menu icon (=) on the right side of the screen.
  3. Go to Device settings and click on + Add Device in the upper right corner.
  4. From here, you can choose to connect a CO-DRIVER NO1 or NO2.
  5. Confirm to connect with Bluetooth and follow the setup instructions. In the case that the app needs additional permissions, it will now ask you to enable them.
  6. The pairing process happens as part of the onboarding process in the OOONO App.
