BETA: Speed limit warnings | CO-DRIVER NO2

  • Updated

With speed limit warnings, you're now even safer on the road. The feature is available for iOS and Android users with the CO-DRIVER NO2.

How it works

Once you exceed the permitted speed limit, you'll receive a friendly warning from your CO-DRIVER NO2: The LED-ring on your device will light up blue-white, and you'll hear a tone, specially designed for speed warnings. On the map in the OOONO app, a symbol with a red ring will appear indicating the permitted speed limit. Depending on your settings in the OOONO app, you may also receive an audio warning and a notification on your phone.

Your settings - your choice

You decide if and how you want to receive speed limit warnings. In the OOONO app, you can activate and deactivate this feature in the settings menu. Here, you can also specify at what percentage or how many km/h above the permitted limit you want to receive a warning. Additionally, you can choose whether to receive audible warnings via both the CO-DRIVER NO2 and your phone, or only through one of these sources.

The feature is still in development (beta phase). However, we greatly value the collaboration and feedback of our users. Therefore, we have decided to make it available now and continuously adjust and improve it based on the feedback we receive. As with all types of warnings, it's important for users not to solely rely on them, but to use the CO-DRIVER notifications as support for attentive driving.
