You’re probably here because you’ve got some technical issues. We’re here because we can help you out with those technical issues. As you may know, tech can be quite a fragile thing. But be patient, read through the most common troubleshooting tips below and hopefully you’ll be able to make a quick fix yourself. If not, make sure to contact us and we’ll make sure to help you out.

CO-DRIVER NO1 Troubleshooting
Reset the CO-DRIVER NO1
- Remove the battery from the CO-DRIVER NO1.
- Press the button for 10 seconds.
- Reinsert the battery in the CO-DRIVER NO1.
- Press the button for around 10-15 seconds.

Replace the battery in the CO-DRIVER NO1
- Remove the back cover.
- Push with your finger or an object on the lower side of the battery to eject it.
- Insert the new battery into the battery compartment.

Android Troubleshooting
Disable/Enable Bluetooth (Android)
- Go to Settings on your phone.
- Select Connections.
- Disable Bluetooth and enable it again.
Close and open the app (Android)
- Swipe up, hold and let go.
- Swipe left or right to navigate to the OOONO app.
- Press and swipe up, once the OOONO app is shown on the screen.
Restart your phone (Android)
- Press and hold the screen lock button.
- Select the Restart button on the screen.
Remove and install the app (Android)
- Locate the OOONO app. Press and hold the app icon and select Delete app.
- Go to Google Play Store.
- Type OOONO in the search field.
- Select Install and wait for the installation to finalize.
Clear app data cache (Android)
- Go to Settings on your phone.
- Select Apps.
- Select OOONO.
- Select Storage.
- Select Clear data cache.

iOS Troubleshooting
Disable/Enable Bluetooth (iOS)
- Go to Settings on your phone.
- Select Bluetooth.
- Disable and enable it again.
Close and open the app (iOS)
- Swipe up, hold and let go.
- Swipe left or right to navigate to the OOONO app.
- Press and swipe up, once the OOONO app is shown on the screen.
Restart your phone (iOS)
- Press and hold the top volume button and the power button in at the same time.
- Slide the Button Slide to power off.
Remove and install the app (iOS)
- Locate the OOONO app. Press and hold the app icon and select Delete app.
- Go to App Store.
- Type OOONO in the search field.
- Select Install and wait for the installation to finalize.
Reset location and privacy (iOS)
- Go to Settings on your phone.
- Select General.
- Select Transfer or reset Iphone.
- Select Reset and then Reset location and Privacy.
