Troubleshooting

You’re probably here because you’ve got some technical issues. We’re here because we can help you out with those technical issues. As you may know, tech can be quite a fragile thing. But be patient, read through the most common troubleshooting tips below and hopefully you’ll be able to make a quick fix yourself. If not, make sure to contact us and we’ll make sure to help you out.

  • CO-DRIVER NO1 Troubleshooting

    Reset the CO-DRIVER NO1

    1. Remove the battery from the CO-DRIVER NO1.
    2. Press the button for 10 seconds.
    3. Reinsert the battery in the CO-DRIVER NO1.
    4. Press the button for around 10-15 seconds.

    Replace the battery in the CO-DRIVER NO1

    1. Remove the back cover.
    2. Push with your finger or an object on the lower side of the battery to eject it.
    3. Insert the new battery into the battery compartment.
      (Flat side of the battery facing outwards)

  • Android Troubleshooting

    Disable/Enable Bluetooth (Android)

    1. Go to Settings on your phone.
    2. Select Connections.
    3. Disable Bluetooth and enable it again.

    Close and open the app (Android)

    1. Swipe up, hold and let go.
    2. Swipe left or right to navigate to the OOONO app.
    3. Press and swipe up, once the OOONO app is shown on the screen.

    Restart your phone (Android)

    1. Press and hold the screen lock button.
    2. Select the Restart button on the screen.

    Remove and install the app (Android)

    1. Locate the OOONO app. Press and hold the app icon and select Delete app.
    2. Go to Google Play Store.
    3. Type OOONO in the search field.
    4. Select Install and wait for the installation to finalize.

    Clear app data cache (Android)

    1. Go to Settings on your phone.
    2. Select Apps.
    3. Select OOONO.
    4. Select Storage.
    5. Select Clear data cache.

    1. Go to Settings on your phone.
    2. Select Bluetooth.
    3. Disable and enable it again.

    1. Swipe up, hold and let go.
    2. Swipe left or right to navigate to the OOONO app.
    3. Press and swipe up, once the OOONO app is shown on the screen.

    1. Press and hold the top volume button and the power button in at the same time.
    2. Slide the Button Slide to power off.

    Remove and install the app (iOS)

    1. Locate the OOONO app. Press and hold the app icon and select Delete app.
    2. Go to App Store.
    3. Type OOONO in the search field.
    4. Select Install and wait for the installation to finalize.

    1. Go to Settings on your phone.
    2. Select General.
    3. Select Transfer or reset Iphone.
    4. Select Reset and then Reset location and Privacy.
