  • Updated

Below you will find various topics covering the legal aspect of the P-DISC NO1. You can navigate to the desired topic from this list:

Legal information

As a general rule, the P-DISC NO1 may only be used in countries where it is approved. Its use is legal as long as the device is correctly mounted in the lower right corner of the windshield.

The P-DISC NO1 has been tested and approved in Denmark & Germany.

  1. Germany -  Tested by TÜV NORD and approved by the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt regarding Reg. No. 10, No 06, 01. with approval no.: E1 10R-06 9426
  2. Denmark - Tested by Force Technology and approved by the Danish Road Traffic Authority regarding Reg. No. FS48.

You may be able to use your P-DISC NO1 legaly in other countries too, but make sure to look into the specific country’s requirements for parking discs and the specific country’s parking rules.

Parking regulations

The local parking regulations depend on the country and may even depend on specific regions within that country.

As an example, in most places in Germany, the parking interval is 30 minutes. In other countries, like in Denmark, the parking interval can be 15 minutes or even regulated locally down to the minute.
Below is a list of the general parking interval in selected countries:

  1. Germany - 30 minutes
  2. Denmark - 15 minutes
  3. Finland - 30 minutes

If you want to change the parking interval, the guide following guide will show you how to do it: Adjusting the settings | P-DISC NO1

You should always check the local parking interval and ensure that the parking interval is set correctly on your P-DISC NO1.

Mounting

Only one parking disc is allowed in every car. Make sure to remove your old parking disc before installing the P-DISC NO1 and make sure to only show one parking disc at a time.

The P-DISC NO1 is required to be installed in the bottom right corner of your windscreen (opposite side of the driver’s seat). If you don’t install it on the windscreen and instead lay it loosely around the windscreen, you risk getting fined despite the parking time being set correctly.

User responsibilities

It’s the user’s responsibility to ensure the parking time is set correctly.
We encourage you to check the parking time every once in a while.

It's also the user's responsibility to check battery level regularly and replace the batteries if needed. You can read more about the battery in P-DISC NO1 here: Battery information | P-DISC NO1

Parking tickets aren’t refunded by OOONO. Make sure to install the parking disc correctly and according to the legal requirements.
