About the battery
The P-DISC NO2 has room for 2x CR2450 3V lithium batteries for extra long battery life. However, it only requires one battery to operate. The two battery slots allows for two batteries to be installed, offering a longer life time of the product.If you need new batteries, they are available in our shop: Battery for P-DISC NO2
Low Battery
When the batteries are about to run out, the P-DISC NO2 will notify you. A “low battery” icon will show on the display and the parking disc will make a sound and flash a red light every time you start and stop the car.
Battery life
The battery in the P-DISC NO2 lasts up to 24 months. However, battery life naturally depends on how often the device is used.
In general, battery performance varies with temperature. Consequently, in case of low external temperatures, the battery performance may vary. This may result in issues with battery level read-out and shorter battery life. However, once the car warms up, the product returns to full functionality.
